I tested it now, PPM is working fine, i get more than 4 procs in a minute.
A average 4-7 procs in a min. I think is a writting problem.

ppm for KM is 6/min, that's just a tooltip bug. managed to get at 520 ilvl 11 ppm and with 10 ilvl got between 4 and 8 / min, depending on the landed hits
