Cd reset after duel

It is not Blizzlike to reset cd's after duels (blizz had reasons)... mostly it is a bad thing because you can use this "feature" almost anywhere, being in a party group you gain unfair advantage in pvp zones(2 rogues reseting cd in stealth ) like Timeless Isle Thunder Isle OG/SW etc...I'm sure there are pve exploits too.
To prevent some "stupid" situations, replace this feature with a NPC that can reset your spell cd's(but only out of combat, out of stealth, dismounted, and not during duels). Add them to few places like, Dueling zones Shrines and where training dummies are.

It is not blizzlike, but blizzard had reseting cds upon wipe or reseting a boss so it is a compensation for players. If we had the reset system such as there was on retail, it could be removed. But for now, waiting 9 or 8 mins for a combat ress? Please no.

If that npc was near raid summoning stones, all problems would be solved, i like the idea.

For PvPer's that doesnt like to stand in the crowded duel zones like outside sw or org, its gonna be problematic unless the NPC is added in alot of places. Goldshire as an example, im sure there are more. I know resetting cooldowns after a duel is not blizzlike but i would say its more blizzlike than having custom NPCs all over the place. Outside sw with the arena (que, spectate, 3v3 quest, 3v3 rating vendor) I'd say the place looks "custom" enough. If this is to be added to prevent exploits etc. I would just rather have no cooldown reset, just blizzlike.

But blizzard HAD and HAS cd reset in pve so dont generalize Just for pvp please.

CD reset affects both PvE and PvP, since im not so big in the PvE section I just threw my thoughts out of how this would affect PvP.
However the cooldown reset in PvE on retail is automatic after a boss kill or wipe, when you go in or out of combat with the boss. I dont know what patch this was implemented in though. But I know this is how it works currently in Legion.

Just adding this would be a much better way of solving this issue for PvE atleast, rather than having some NPC somewhere.

Also if this happend we could figure out a way to solve it for PvP aswell without it affecting PvE at all

adding a custom npc to reset cds would not happen we dont want to add custom npcs ingame
