Character Transfer from different relam

Hello l am a newbie on this server, l once created a character here(a panda monk) reached level 3 and then deleted it after a couple of minutes of game time. After a couple of weeks later, l have decided to transfer my troll shaman Gueldan level 85 from atlantiss to wowfreakz, is it still possible to transfer the character even though l made a panda character monk that l bearly played on this server weeks ago?

Please submit migration request on the appropriate section @ Migration Requests.
