Details: (optional): We finished heroic juggernaut on 25 man difficulty and Concuftw won the roll on the ring but as he had the bags full he didn't receive the item(as you see in the ss below). The problem is that it didn't appear on his armory that he looted the ring and he didn't receive the ring in mailbox either. Erudax and Dedric can confirm Concuftw won the ring, they were in the raid.
