Servers Offline??

Your site says Genesis is up and currently has been been for about 15 minutes... however on the login page it's showing all three servers as offline. Why is this?

Double check that your realmlist is correct. Go to the config.wtf file and open in notepad
Make sure it says:

Code:

set realmlist mop.wow-freakz.com

This might be the problem

Morning here,

It was late so I went to bed. If I didnt have my realmlist set to yours, I wouldn't be able to log in and see your servers at all. They all still show as being offline.

What game client are you using? Is it 5.4.8 downloaded from our website, or you downloaded it elsewhere?

5.4.8 from elsewhere... however I have been logged into your site before using the same files. I don't know how changing the realmlist could have made it show the servers offline. If you have someone in technical support that knows if I need a specific file or some weird change, do tell.

We don't recommend using other clients.
Please download the full game client from our homepage along with Freakz launcher.

Do you have a separate launcher? Because I've been using wow.exe. If there's a way to download just your custom launcher, do tell

Yes, you could try with just launcher. However if it does not help you should go for the full client.

The launcher was all I needed! Thank you so very very much for your help. I dont know why I didn't look at your How To Connect page. I think my mind was fuzzy from reading so many different sites I just completely forgot. Again, I am very grateful for your help, Ash.
