Bug description: hi, I bought 3 of this companian and Spend 22500 timeless isle coin for this, but when I used the item nothing happened and no new pet added.

Look at the top of your battle pet menu, you have 1000 pets. You reached the limit thus you can't learn any new pets, you need to toss the unworthy !

I have 497 and learned it wirthout any problem.
