Frostmage PvP guide suggestions

Hello,

since i recieved a lot of mage related questions ingame, i thought i could make a guide to give a more detailed overview about mages.

Before i blindly start creating one, i would like to know what people want me to focus on, for example: How to setup Burst, 3s comps, which talent in which situation and so on.

Since most of my experience is coming from mop retail 2 years ago, some things might need to get adjusted afterwards to this server, for example godcomp was a great comp in s15, but isn't that good here (mostly because there are too many melee cleaves + locks and DKs are overtuned) . Or in mage vs duel it was important who manages the alter time perfectly and prevents the other mage from spellstealing it, while alter time can't even get spellstolen here.

Either way, i hope i recieve some suggestions on what topics to focus during the next days.

I am new in the mop but i will tell you what i couldnt, cannot find. I am more intrested i pvp

1. Skill/rotation - how to start, how to use rank 1 spell, which one are most efficient and have to use and which one are not needed
2. Macros - without this imo you can have fun in the game. There are so much possibility that this is almost crazy. Starting from macro for flying, riding mount ending on freeze with you pet.
3. with who to play in mop? rogue, priest or something else?
4. build - in tbc for pvp was only frost or pompyro, how is it now?
5. Addons - exp ice hud, gladius etc -

If i think of something else i will come back.

I will have time to write the guide the next 1-2 weeks and will try to touch on some on those topics. Gotta say tho that i was more or less considering doing an more advanced guide for people that are already familiar with the basics of mages. I will still try to cover some basics and in the end i can always add something if questions/suggestions are coming up.
