[mage]Spellsteal Alter time

Bug description: Basicly everything that is possible to be dispelled, is also possible to spellsteal. Currently its not possible to spellsteal Alter Time, but its possible to be dispelled. The way it should work is like in the video below at 5:39, that if you successfully spellsteal Alter time, it gets removed.

When mage use "Presence of Mind" and "Alter Time" after using the the effect of "Presence of Mind"
"Alter Time" bring me back in the moment before use "Presence of Mind" but i cant use "Presence of Mind" secound time the buff is still up after "Alter Time"
but no effect.... and wont reset the cooldown of "Presence of Mind" must first remove the buff then will get cd.
Bugged...
