A bunch of questions regarding your legion realm

1) Will class halls work in all their aspect (like artifact knolwedge research to increase the amount of artifact power, class hall campain and so on)
2) When the transfer service will be available am i allowed to transfer a character even if i'm already playing on wow Freakz Legion realm?
3) Will world quests be available from start?

For questions regardin our Legion realm please refere to the main topic.
Now on your questions:
1) Yes.
2) What do you mean by transfer? If you refer to migrations they will only be enabled 2-3 months into the expansion. They will only be available to brand NEW players just like they work currently.
3) Most likely, yes.

1) Yes, but maybe not all features will work from the beginning
3) There are over 800 world quests, you will have them available but some of them might not work, we will do our best to fix them in the shortest time possible.

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !

Hello ,fly throught legion will be available in patch 7.2
