sons of hodir

I have been working on my rep with the sons of hodir, in order to buy a pattern. I am now revered with them, but when I go to the quartermaster there is no option to browse goods, he only offers the repeatable quest, hodir's tribute. how/where can I get the items he is suppose to sell?

You need to be exalted with sons of hodir.
