I was just curious as to why we can no longer send mail to characters below lvl 20? I have not played retail for years, so do not know if it's the same on retail.

welcome to freakz. I hope you enjoy your stay. As for the goblin starting zone, as mentioned, it is do able. I have a goblin shammy. I also seem to remember a portal in the goblin start zone that will port you to org.

don't give up. It took me a while to get it. I believe it was from a fox. sometimes I was able to loot the mobs, sometimes I couldn't. It takes a while to get. keep trying and good luck.

It has happened to me a lot on the whelp quest. It never used to do that.
