I am trying to upgrade my legendaries from 940 to 970. I go to the page, click on upgrade legendaries and wait for the side screen to load. when it loads, I can not select the character. I click on the name and nothing happens. am I doing something wrong???

Try clearing any browser cookies/cache you might have and retry.
