druid problem

I play a balance druid. when I click moonkin form, my character does not change, yet I have moonkin spells. also, as you can see from the picture, I am on my mount inside the inn, but look at the top right, it shows me as not mounted. also, in the picture, I am in moonkin form, but my body isn't. I have 12 characters, and this is the only one I have problems with. can anyone please help me with this issue? thank you

I did not know the glyph would stop me from changing appearence

Like the picture is showing, you're using Glyph of the Star, making your moonkin form look like an astral person instead, just get yourself some vanishing powder and remove the glyph for the normal moonkin form
for the mount, it's a visual bug, go stag form and it's gone.
