Bug description: If you click the cage while pvp flagged players are around you, you will also get flagged, what shouldnt happen.
Proof: simply test ingame (you need pvp flagged players to test it)

It happens when a PvP-flagged player of the other faction clicks the same cage you clicked. Also happens in the Val'sharah world quest where you have to free the faerie dragons from the nets. I can't remember if it happens when you are the first who clicked or when the other player is the first, but I can confirm it happens.

It has happened to me a lot on the whelp quest. It never used to do that.

It happens when you click the cage when other pvp flagged players are around you, no matter of faction and they dont have to click the same cage as you, as to see in the video
