Bug description: I can't complete the quest

Here you can see that i am horde and this is ally npc but at horde npc i have no question mark or anything i just took quest there. And as you can see from wowhead link the quest on horde side should be completed at Razzeric and on wowfreakz link the quest ends at Jinky the ally npc on wich i can not complete as an horde.
