my error its the same as his. when i try to open the launcher it gives me that api-ms-win-crt runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing and to fix this i try to install that Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015
it gives me the error 0x80240017

i checked and tried , still same error. i tried other launchers from other servers just to test it out and it works just perfect. i dont know whats wrong with this freakz laucher. what a shame. anyway thanks a lot for your help

it basically say what i've alredy tried...let's try 1 more time....I CANT HAVE the final version of windows 7...so EVERY tutorial based on visual c++ is useless for me since i cant....I CANT use it....AND I REPEAT again...I CREATED THE POST for another reason...i didnt asked for an help to install the launcher...i asked to someone with the "blue" font if there is a method to avoid the launcher or even the kick ingame of it...becouse i've no other hope..i already tried all..i've google too..so skip please and i say please the "try this try that"...i alredy tried...i miss the correct operative system all "try" are useless for my case.
Regardless i know that my question is hopeless too...of course they will not let me skip the kick in 15 sec (even if i dont know what's the meaning of the kick)...but as i can see im not the only 1 with that problem...so will be very very very nice if the launcher can be less hard to be launched...or JUST dont kick me if i manage to login...i dont even know if gramatically what i wrote is correct but i hope the meaning is reachfull...thx in advise.
