i can't open launcher freakz.exe

she say my msvcp140 is missing from my comuter and downloaded but they give me a error when she finishing she say download service pack 1 and when i intalled i downloaded again msvcp 140 i get a errror name 0x80240017

hey shocker can you alowed all player to play in wow.exe legion ptr and not in launcher.exe and without kicked

Go to Control Panel and uninstall all of your old Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 and reinstall them https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

and than install this patch as well https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=53840

Make sure you chose the correct version, depending on what windows you're using,

You are NOT using the launcher, you are opening wow.exe, not launcher.exe

I'm also not so happy that this launcher gives so many Errors... (edit: seems I was wrong and actually Light client(download while playing) works fine, just had to start the install again using freakz_launcher in a separate folder, no errors for now.)
