1. If you don't want to update your OS then download windows 7 service pack 1 from here:

2. Afterwards you can run the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables 2015:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145


3. Furthermore install the .NET Framework as mentioned above so it runs smoothly-clean:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53344


4. Restart your computer and have fun.

Because it contains lots of things, including anti hack/etc. YOU MUST RUN LAUNCHER, stop arguing with this and actually read solutions on how to fix your problem

yea i am trying but nothing worked so far, but i really wonder why the launcher doesnt work even tho i have the files, watch here

No, not weird. You probably have mixed VS redistributable versions (32/64 bits), try installing only one of them

How I solved it and i think it should solve it for 99% of you out there. I was having problems with VS 2015 like you guys. And searched for solution tried all sorts of things and nothing rly worked. WHAT WORKED FOR ME WAS:
I just went to my WIndows Update and checked the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 installation ( around 80 MB). I think u need SP1 to install VS 2015 without any errors. I hope this helpes!
