Bug description: It should be able to reveal a flight path to the quest location as you can see in the first video , but it doesn't. Practically the only flight path revealed is "Lorlathil, Val' sarah", not Thunder Totem, Highmountain how it should be, i'm forced to go all the way up to there on foot.

Same problem here. I went there on foot, talked to the guy and still didn't complete the quest.

Edit: Stayed for a few minutes next to the guy doing other stuff and for some reason he started talking and completed the quest.
