It's hostile to Horde players. Should be Friendly to both factions. Like Khadgar. =/ Some of them are located near a quest npc for Horde.

NPC issue (under map) - Garrison

WoW Freakz link: I don´t know what I have to search by this bug.
Bug description: These NPC are half under map.

Izir the Lidless eye (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=99587&&name=izir-the-lidless-eye) should not be spawned until players have completed a certain follower mission which is part of the order hall campaign. =/ He keeps attacking demon hunter players. =/ Maybe you could make him hostile but non-attackable or able to attack players? =/ I doubt we should be getting attacked in our own Order Hall. >_>

They are not aggressiv but It would be to easy to finish the Bonus Objective that you can see on screenshot. (Those Beyond Redemption - Bonus Objective)
