Actually quest item - Shadow Tome ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=107391&&name=shadow-tome ) should be available from multiple objects ...but here you can get it only from Augury Without Bounds ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=225514&&name=augury-without-bounds ) and there are only 3 spawned as you mentioned.

Also quest item - Shadow Tome is missing it's tooltip ( http://www.wowhead.com/item=107391/shadow-tome )
