Bug description: you can have both at the same time tiger's lust talented and chi torpedo on the side.. but with the icon of roll https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=109132 (wowhead link)
How to reproduce this bug:
Say you are mistweaver and spec into chi torpedo.
Than switch specs to windwalker and put the talent point in tiger's lust.
then relog.
after relog you have tiger's lust as normal but when you press roll the spell is chi torpedo... basically chi torpedo with Roll icon.

Problem was way more general, nevertheless should be fixed now
