Bug description: When you cast the ANcient Mistweaver Arts version of Soothing mist, The Serpent Statue doesn't cast it's version on the target.

At the 1:04 minute mark, his target has 2 soothings mists, 1 from the statue (and the player was using Ancient mistweaver arts)
