Bug description: Quest/Scenario isn't completing after killing the Sha Amalgamation.

Proof: I do everything by the book, follow the script, interrupt Sha with anvils when it tries to cast the Insanity spell. But after killing it the quest simply doesnt complete. Since i was playing a Blood DK i thought maybe it wasnt counting because i wasnt last hitting the boss when it died, so on another attempt i made sure my last hit killed the boss and still didnt count.
No matter what i do, the quest simply doesnt complete and i cant procede to the next part of the chainquest.
As an added note, i have done this on 2 other chars, the most recent one being last week, so i have no clue whats the problem.

On this picture you can see im fighting the boss. Everything is fine and im on the correct part of the quest.

And here i just killed the boss but as you can see the quest isnt completed.

you can see the scenario complete, the combat log showing I killed the mob, as Blood DK as well.

After everything is done, he's just standing there, and I can't complete the quest.
