Becouse you complet this Q https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41138&&name=feeding-shal-aran first.

After this quest (Feeding Shal'Aran) all others Quests are bugged.

I just completed this quest by following this questline:
Khadgar's Discovery -> Magic Message -> Trail of Echoes - > The Only Way Out is Through -> The Nightborne Pact -> Arcane Thirst -> Shal'Aran

and I just got next quest: Ancient Mana
I had a problem further in the questline on my other alt. That's why I'm doing every quest 2 times in order to see if there are any mistakes with phasing.
It might be that this quest has been fixed in meantime, and if you still can't complete it on your char, you could have some bugged phasing and you will be unable to proceed.
However, this is PTR, so we have to test everything in order for it to work on Live realm as it's supposed to.
