[REJECTED] Chesting is bugged

Bug description: There is a heap of bugging around item pick ups particularly in chests. In Timeless Isles I have lost 2 chests to the auto looting not working fast enough and I die but the worst part is the chest disappears. A chest should not disappear while it has loot inside it. I have lost around 3 epics to this, I also lost a chest from a scenario, in which I made a support ticket about and was rejected because later the chest from the scenario was available to get with the bonus of the day. I understand that was from a GM responding to my ticket in game and letting me have another shot but I am not making this up and I can't really get to these locations and survive long enough to get a screenshot. Sort the looting out so it works properly and give me these epics back its pretty annoying. Yes I have one epic from Timeless Isle because I finished one of the quests don't use that against me.

Ok, from what I've seen, the chests DO dissapear once you close the loot window. Why?, because they phase out, BUT, it doesn't work like they work in here.

From what I've read in Reddit and Battlenet, if you "fail" to loot a chest (full bags, missclick, lag, you get killed, etc) you get the items that were in the chest in the Mail.

This exact problem happened to me on Timeless Isle. I tried to solo the flaming chest with the 2 class items and a Burden of Eternity in it. I opened the chest, it registered my receiving timeless coins, and then I died. Later that night I went back with some friends from my guild with another guy who had not gotten the contents yet. The chest was there for him but was not for me. GM sent me a response to my ticket half a day later which was more or less "We can't help you". Eh not the end of the world and this certainly isn't Battlenet!

This is NOT a bug with chests it was designed this way to prevent some exploits, when looting blazing chest make sure to clear the room with a group of people, you can find people farming timeless npcs easily.
