Just wondering is Power Leveling illegal

I was told not to power level toons on this server because it was iilegal to do so. Where in the harm is it so bad by power leveling toons up?
just my opinion i do not see the harm of it. it is quick and fun to do so. also u can gear a lot of toons by doing so. So, is it legal or illegal to power level on this server, just wondering. thank ya for any feedback.

Define "power leveling".

Can't see why it wouldn't be okay, the xp rates are x10 anyway so you can level to 90 in 1-2 days anyway.

Power Leveling is when u help someone in leveling quick like in dungeons, etc

To answer your question No its not illegal to power level

What you mean is called burst in lvl and yes it's legal as long as you do not use hacks and others are ok ...
