Bug description: This quest daily quest should be available after completing quest Shal'Aran - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=42229&&name=shal-aran, however it's not available

This daily is more vital than people think, because according to wowhead's nightfallen guide, Thalyssra IS the Nightfallen Quartermaster and will NOT sell you stuff unless she has been fed. ^.-
