Bug description: Object which starts and end this quest - Leyline Feed - https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=252259&&name=leyline-feed is not spawned (this quest should not be available until Power Grid - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41028&&name=power-grid is completed).
