Bug description: This quest should become available after completing quests: An Ancient Recipe - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40744&&name=an-ancient-recipe and The Lost Advisor - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40266&&name=the-lost-advisor, however, object which starts quest - Shattered Burial Urn - https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=245688&&name=shattered-burial-urn is not spawned.

P.S. This quest is regarded as "optional" and can be turned in to a number of quest enders (depends on which one is visible, which on other hand, depends on your current progression of Tidying Tel'anor questline).
