Bug description:
Bug 1:This quest should become available after completing quests: A Different Source - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40683&&name=discovery-requires-experimentation and The Road to Fel - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40657&&name=the-road-to-fel,however, NPC which starts quest - Kyrtos - https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=101076&&name=kyrtos offers it without doing prerequisite quests.
Bug 2: Upon starting quest NPC - Kyrtos is missing dialog in wich you ask him to start ritual and summon - Unsuspecting Wyrmtongue - https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=101256&&name=unsuspecting-wyrmtongue
