Bug description:
Bug 1:This quest should become available after completing quests: The Black Tome - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40713&&name=the-black-tome, Fel Bent for Leather - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40919&&name=fel-bent-for-leather and Power! Get The Power! - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40642&&name=power-get-the-power, however, NPC which starts quest - Kyrtos - https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=101076&&name=kyrtos offers it without doing prerequisite quests.
Bug 2: Upon accepting quest quest giver - Kyrtos, should open portal. When player teleport, he should get option to talk to Kyrtos and start ritual. Upon killing Krytos, quest objective completes. However, none of this is possible as portal isn't opened so the rest of the quest is unavailable.

P.S. Upon completing quest objective, NPC - Kyrtos - https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=101076&&name=kyrtos becomes invisible.
