do mounts drop

I have just started to attempt to farm mounts (sethek halls, tempest keep), but was told by someone I am wasting my time. they said that the mounts don't drop on this server, that I have to buy them. is there any truth to this or do they drop??

Hey there,

All mounts have blizzlike drop chances and can be obtained ingame.
