[FIXED] [Demon Hunter][havoc] Fel Eruption too much damage in arena

Bug description: I think that it deals too much damage.
For starters it doesn't respect the tooltip
in arena , the tooltip says 313696 and I hit a feral druid for 402819 (without any kind of burst - challenge mode test)

Please retest every spell you reported after the next restart, and give me feedback on each of them. I tested them too, managed to fix 2 bugs that affected those spells (possibly even more), now I get exactly what the tooltip says on every spell.
