[FIXED] [Worgen Racial] are missing from spellbook

Bug description: so the racial from the worgen are missing from spellbook ex:darkflight , viciousness , two form , aberration and flaye

I can confirm of this issue as well, I'm sure this is due to the fact that worgens start in Shadowmoon Valley upon character creation; as all other alliance characters and are skipping their starter quest line in Gilneas which teaches/rewards us these racial spells and abilities.

Played through the worgen starting area, alot of quests missing, you dont get the infected bite debuff and the necessary phasing during the gilneas quests. Also the entire post battle area quests are skipped.
Please add the racials to Lady Alistra npc in Stormwind like you did in Cataclysm, so worgens can learn them when they right click the npc. I really dont think its necessary to rescript the entire worgen starting area (we've played enough through it in cata/mop) and we kinda need them racials.

Fixed. You will get the quest after you complete Last Stand quest.

Also all characters that already completed the quest and didn't get the spells will have them added to spellbooks automatically after server restart.
