Bug description:
So the spell works like this - when you stormstrike a target you automatically cast a free and instant chain lightning at that target. CL can jump to two additional nearby enemies.
I don't know exactly how each jump works if it deals the same damage as the initial one or is reduced by each jump.
But right now, the jump deals more damage than the initial damage.
Tested it against two targets in arena
My main target was hit for 57k dmg and the jump on the second target dealt 85k dmg.
