Bug description: last boss is shiety scripted you shoud not have this many waves and tornados barly you can have 4 5 waves and tornados not 100 like in freakz server

The last boss also seems to start from full HP (Around 550m in heroic?) making it really hard (currently impossible because of bugged abilities) to kill.
It should start from low hp.

[Evydence]

Tidal Wave - Spawns waves when boss have more than 10% HP, it should start to spawn them only when boss reach 10% (Related to Cry of Wrath).
