[FIXED] [Item] Trash items shouldn't be upgraded to rare/epic in heroic/mythic

when you loot green items from mythid dungeon trash its changing to epic

When you loot the items, is correctly that you get them, when you play on mythic mode (840+ Items) Heroric (825+) and Normal (810+).
The Problem is here that the loot doesn´t show you correctly what you get and that the drop chance to get the items from trash in all Dungeons is too high !

The drop chances are the same like on wowhead, check our npc finder

However, I think trash items should NOT upgrade depending on difficulty, just boss items (for those it already works correctly), fixed this

Forgot to mention, also fixed this, the loot window now correctly shows the already upgraded item (if it's upgraded)
