[REJECTED] [Rogue][Class hall] Main entrance doesn't work because of bugged NPC

Bug description:
In "Dalaran" (Legion), at the location "Glorious Goods", the NPC " "Red" Jack Findle" has the dialogue option (for rogues):
<Lay you insignia on the table.>
This is supposed to open the secret passage towards the rogue class hall. Instead, nothing happens.

Confirming this. It used to work some time ago but for no obvious reason now it doesnt. Other entrances doesnt seem to have changed.
