Bug description: So what I think happens is that after you get 12 stacks , the stacks keep on adding on top of those 12 even though visually you still see 12 stacks.

so I did some tests and :
-with 1 stack I do ~77k heal
-with 12 stacks ..so just after I get 12 stacks .. my heal is ~920k
-but when I got 12 stacks and the I waited ~ 3 minutes I did ~2M heal

this is a big bug IMO
