Girlfriend's account did not receive 50 points for having logged in in the past month

Hi, my girlfriend did not receive her 50 vote points for having logged in the past month, as you can see she isn't the most active and this was the exact chance I was looking for to get her to play a bit more, she is really disappointed that I received both 50 points and was able to get a mount while she did not even get her 50 points however she understands why she did not get a mount because of her level .

The characters must also be level 90. The characters on that account have level 1...4...15... No reason to give vote points to players who are not active, that's the whole idea, otherwise a lot of players would exploit this with fake accounts

Alright thank you, I yes her highest is in the early level 50s so I guess that makes sense then. Thanks for the clarification Shocker, I'll inform her in the morning.
