[Rogue][Combat] Killing Spree is bugging 5 times out of 10

Bug description: Five times out of ten, or anyway something like that, Killing Spree spell gets me under the map > falling > dying. This is an old crap which makes burst damage for combat spec less viable.

It's not just the killing spree that is bugged. Also is not the only spell that it's bugged, many spells with teleportation mechanic like Shadowstep,Blink,etc. have a chance to throw you under texture at some point depending on how the zone where you use this spells is textured.
This was also an issue on cataclysm but was solved at some point. I guess Shocker can modify the mechanic for teleportation to land the player a little up above the texture, if I remeber well this was also the fix in 4.3 .
