Legion live-realm launch

hello

Do you have any schedule for launching the new Legion realm(live-realm, nor PTR)?. ..for users to be able to start characters from zero.
The new Legion -realm will use the old MoP until level 90 ( with very few bugs), or will be reconstructed from zero?

The open PTR is already live, as for the live realm, there is no set date yet for its' release.
The Legion realm has the fixes from the MOP realm, but there might be some discrepancies in some areas.
