Bug description: Right now it procs for the shaman.. meaning it gives him extra attacks and it shouldn't
This bug gives the shamy incredibly long chains of windfury during doomwinds. Usually it's ~11 prcs, two times for a total of ~ 2 x 600k + dmg .. because it procs off the original windfurys and gets the 200% damage bonus from doomwinds

how it should work:
It should give extra attacks to his party members ... and to the shaman it should give an extra .. most people say 5% chance to proc windfury. so let's say.. enhance has ~ 22% chance to proc windfury with main hand attacks. With windfury totem the chance should be 22 + 5 = 27%
