Actually there's more then just looting this container like any other world chest:
Upon first time interacting with this treasure, five Thistleleaf Rascals ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=92104&&name=thistleleaf-rascal ) should spawn and attack you ( unfortunately they are already spawned in the world so that part should be fixed ). Only after you kill them you should get loot from this chest, as well as part of the credit in
Adventurer of Val'sharah - https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=11262 (Grellkin Treasure part)

I haven't take any screenshot as proof, if is really needed, I will, but it will take time. I did not take because everything is empty, except the treasures reported before.
If not, I will move to other zone.
