From a PVP persepective:
If you want to play in their face, having windows of high burst combos, then try to cc, the melee survival is the best.
If you like doing high damage from afar, however the burst is greater than BM, but also the cd of trueshot auro is much longer than BM's cds, while being squishy, and have some cc that combo good, then MM is the choice.
If you like pets, having a more consistent damage, the cd of bestial wrath is pretty low with the right talents, as cc is same as MM,also is the most tanky of all 3 specs, then BM.
