Details: (optional) i relogged during the scenario for the artifact and now the quests are gone and i also got tp'ed to my starting zone(tauren). i went to dalaran to see if i could find the npc to take it again i don't...visited class order hall still nothing

Try delete cache and relog and you should get quest and be able to do it again. Tell if it worked

Same procedure(i.e. verified the entire path the quest would have taken me through) still no luck=no quest to be found anywhere
later edit tried unstucking from the site too

It's a new thing. On relog you get artifact quest removed. Go to the NPC who teleported you in scenario.

That respective npc is a flight master and it opens the flight map directly i can't make her take me to that specific area

the thing is after you take the quest to take the flight to the scenario area you get to do 2-3 additional quests and then you get tp'ed to the next area(i.e. where the scenario actually takes place) i got dc'ed during the scenario part and those don't really act like quests not sure how to explain it..i should really start talking specifics

btw we are talking druid artifact quest line you get the quest and are told to speak to the flight master in you class hall for a hippogrif to ashamane's fall you go there and you get 3 quest there after that you are supposed to jump on a cat and folow and npc(in that moment you are tp'ed to a new area where the scenario takes place) at this point when i got to the scenario area i got dc'ed.
