[FIXED] [PvE] [Mythic+] Bolstering Affix is bugged

Bug description: When a boss spawns an add, and we kill the add the boss gets a stack of bolstering. Which makes it pretty much impossible to kill. For instance Rokmora on Neltharion's Lair, it spawns add pretty frequently and they die real quick with cleave resulting in boss having many many stacks.
Another bug is that when we kill neutral enemies in a dungeon, it gives players stacks too. We tried it and ended up having 50 stacks (thats %1000 damage and HP increase). This makes mythic+ too easy.
Proof: I didnt have any screenshots but you can probably try and see it for yourself.

Too easy ?
it's normal that those buffs should stack, no 1 tells you to cleave them down ,just let them be ,kill the boss and after that you can go for adds, nothing new

look at 6:20 each time a mob dies, the ones that are alive gets the buff, that happens for boss aswell

I think he was referring to the fact that BOSS ADDS should NOT trigger Bolster.

Fixed both issues: adds no longer trigger bolster and bolster no longer applies on player
