Bug description: Riptide consumes the "+45% healing on the next direct heal" buff from unleash life but the heal isn't increased by it.

Proof: http://imgur.com/a/YbokB ( 301 is the first riptide initial heal, 420 is unleash life, 301 is the second riptide heal that consumed the buff but wasn't increased)
