[REJECTED] Dungeons don't scale correctly to level and too high ability damage (legion dungeons)

Bug description: The damage mobs do in legion dungeons is scaled to lvl 100, and even then maybe to something higher than normal mode. Also, it is absolutely impossible to heal at low level because your healing does not scale as it should (You should do "more" healing on a higher level tank than lower). Just posted this here because I did a dungeon (dht) at lvl 100 and right at the start a panther hit me for 220k, which is more than my max HP currently. They also one-shot the tank, and because he was higher level than me, I had no chance of healing him.
